14. Always follow the collection instructions provided in the listing, the PDF ticket, and the confirmation email.

15. Cancelled bookings are non-refundable, so please ensure your availability before booking.

17. The client is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage through their broker to protect against event postponement, cancellation, or non-attendance, starting from the moment of their investment or order.
